1.Why does the IAEA need to exist for accrediting service industry?
  • IAEA is a fully automated self-administered accredited system to provide accreditation services to relevant service practitioners and professionals to ensure that they would perform their duties with necessary qualifications offered from the government funded institutions and/or private professional qualified vocational institutions. IAEA accreditation service not just refers to academic qualifications but also practical qualification which would enhance the practitioners or professionals competency and safety performance. The IAEA accreditation provides a recognition to the service industry.
2. Who are our target industries in the service industry?
  • Health and beauty would be our pioneer market. Design industry, retail, hospitality and tourism, and other service industries which share similar service characteristics also being targeted.
3.How to set the standard of the IAEA accreditation and how to apply the registration?

4.How does CPD relate to accreditation?
  • CPD (Continuing Professional Development) is classified as one of the critical components in assessing IAEA professionals whether they could engage in to develop and enhance their abilities in their professional areas proactively or explore different skills such as communication, management to be more competitive and have effective professional development in facing the dynamic environment in service sectors.
  • Furthermore, our CPD content providers or institutes are strategically working with IAEA to deliver training workshops, seminars, events or other online self-study programmes which will be counted as CPD hours for the renewal of registration in IAEA.
5.What is block chain technology in my CV area?
  • IAEA believes that a new technology - a blockchain-based resume could save employers a lot of searching time for verifying applicants’ academic background and work experience. By using digital signature or related technology, our IAEA professionals could own a digital resume which allows them to upload necessary files to a verification page to get confirmation that the academic qualification/ work experience is legitimate. Further R&D will be continued.
