Mr. Samson Lee — Founder & Executive Chairman of the International Alliance for Education Accreditation (IAEA)
Mr. Samson Lee is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the International Alliance for Education Accreditation (IAEA). He concurrently serves as the Executive President of the International Beauty & Health General Union (IBHGU) and Executive Director of Ziku International Holdings Limited. Deeply rooted in the beauty, health, and vocational education industries for many years, Mr. Lee is highly dedicated to driving professionalization, internationalization, and academic advancement within these sectors, actively guiding the new generation of practitioners toward higher education pathways and international certification standards.
In addition to driving innovation across business and education sectors, Mr. Lee actively participates in public affairs and industry upgrade initiatives spearheaded by the HKSAR Government. He is currently an Unofficial Member of the Appeal Boards (Hotel and Guesthouse Accommodation, Clubs (Safety of Premises), and Bedspace Apartments). Furthermore, he serves on the vetting panel for the HKSAR Government's Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (the BUD Fund) and is a Member of the Tuen Mun Northeast Area Committee, actively contributing his insights to economic development, industry transformation, and community building.
As an accomplished youth leader, Mr. Lee is an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Y.Elites Association, having previously served as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Executive Committee and Director of the Education Research Association. Through these roles, he maintains a long-term focus on educational policies, vocational development, and tech-talent cultivation within the Greater Bay Area. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to both the industry and society, Mr. Lee was honored as a "Greater Bay Area Youth Leader" by the Harbour Junior Chamber in 2019 and received a Certificate of Commendation from the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Bureau's Commendation Scheme.

Under his visionary leadership, the alliance strives to establish a fair and authoritative international vocational accreditation system, opening up broader horizons for professionals across global industries.
